A Reservation Fee of £50 is required at time of confirmation of booking, refundable subject to an administration charge of £20. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required within 14 days of the confirmation of booking or immediately within 6 weeks of commencement date of rental, whichever is the sooner. Balance of payment to be received 6 weeks prior to commencement date of rental. 10% discount on second week reserved throughout the year, except for July and August. If you need to cancel your holiday please tell us about it immediately.
