Notes to the Rental Rates:

• A Reservation Fee of £50 is required at time of confirmation of booking, refundable subject to an administration charge of £20.
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required within 14 days of the confirmation of booking or immediately within 6 weeks of commencement date of rental, whichever is the sooner.
• Balance of payment to be received 6 weeks prior to commencement date of rental.
• 10% discount on second week reserved throughout the year, except for July and August.

General Notes:

• Bed linen, bath towels, cutlery, crockery, electricity, heating, hot water, kitchen appliances and car parking included within the Rental Rates.
• A change of bed linen, towels, and a weekly clean are included within the price of bookings of 14 nights or more.
• Please note a small Local Tourist Tax applies between 2nd July and 26th August 2005.
