Our 4 bedroomed stone house is situated in the small and friendly hamlet of Narthiac, just off the D704, and within 1 hour of both Bergerac and Limoges Airports (Budget Airlines) and close to the famous Chateau at Hautefort.
The house provides very comfortable accommodation for 8 people with 4 double bedrooms each having their own en-suite facilities. The decoration is clean and tidy with tasteful furnishings, to compliment the character of the structure. There are two outbuildings providing garaging and storage, with 7 acres of grounds overlooking the magnificent Auvezere Valley.
Within the garden there are several walnut trees, two splendid fig trees, one violet fig, the other white fig, and a variety of cherry, apple and plum trees. Within the woodland at the bottom of the garden you will find a large copse including chestnut trees. Various species of birds can be spotted by the trained observer.
The Property is totally private and secluded, offering a peaceful and tranquil environment to relax and unwind.
